Most telecaller interviews in Tamil Nadu are a short phone call that tests how you speak, not what you know. Prepare a 30-second introduction, answer in clear Tamil, show you can handle "no", and ask about targets and salary before you accept.
Let an angry customer finish, apologise for the trouble, repeat their problem back, then say exactly what happens next. For rejection, expect most calls to end in "no", stay polite, log the call and move on. It is part of the job, not a sign you are failing.
Carry your Aadhaar card, two passport-size photos, a printed resume, and photocopies of your certificates, plus the originals to show (not hand over). Drivers add their licence; delivery riders add licence, RC and insurance. Never pay a fee or leave originals with an employer.
