How much do sales & marketing jobs pay in Salem?
The sales & marketing jobs currently listed in Salem on Tamizha Jobs advertise ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month. Pay depends on the employer, your experience and the shift — the salary on each job page is the best guide for that job.
What does "field sales" mean?
You visit shops, offices or homes in an area to sell or collect orders, rather than sitting in one place. Expect a two-wheeler, a daily visit plan and a target per week or month.
Can freshers get sales jobs?
Yes — many counter-sales, showroom and junior field roles take freshers. Clear speaking, a neat appearance and willingness to learn the product matter most.
How do incentives work?
A fixed salary plus a commission or bonus when you cross a target. Ask what the target is, how it is measured and what a typical person earned last month.
What should I carry to a sales interview?
Aadhaar, photos, a one-page resume and any experience letter. For field roles, your two-wheeler licence. Be ready to "sell" something on the spot.
How do I apply for sales & marketing jobs on Tamizha Jobs?
